Cecile Brunner Rose (polyantha)

Common name: Cecile Brunner Rose (polyantha)
Botanical name: Rosa 'Cecile Brunner'

This climbing rose can grow as tall as 25' with support. It has become one of the most popular roses in cultivation because of its strong display in spring of lightly fragrant flowers that look like tiny, high centered, hybrid tea roses. It is long-lived, disease resistant and tolerates everything from poor soil to partial shade.

Dwarf Carolina Laurel Cherry

Common name: Dwarf Carolina Laurel Cherry
Botanical name: Prunus caroliniana 'Compacta'

This large evergreen shrub or small tree has leaves that are glossy and 2"-4" in length. It is excellent as a formal hedge or an informal screen. It has creamy white flowers in late winter and spring followed by small black berries. 'Compacta' reaches 8'-10' tall and 6'-8' wide and tends to be more dense.

Superba Fescue

Common name: Superba Fescue
Botanical name: Festuca amethystina 'Superba'

The Rainbow Fescue is a hardy fescue with narrow, blue green foliage that grows 8"-12" tall. It has feathery, pinkish flowers that are 12" above the foliage that appear during late spring and early summer. This fescue is a very showy, neat grass for sunny spots during spring and fall. This grass does best in full sun or light shade with well draining soil. It is a clumping plant so it looks great in borders, in pots, among rocks. Once it's established, it needs little to no watering.
