Description*
This very colorful shrub reaches 4-'6' tall and wide. Evergreen leaves are light green. During spring, tubular shaped yellow flowers appear, changing to orange and then to purple pink. After bloom period, grapelike berries appear. This plant prefers full sun with well draining, sandy, rocky or loam soil. It is drought and cold tolerant once it's established. Do not plant in windy areas. This plant responds well to pruning in order to keep it dense looking or preferred height and width.
