Pelargonium sidoides ‘Punch’: This is a compact plant that can be used as a small scale groundcover in narrow or small areas. It grows as a cluster of silvery green foliage to only 15” tall and 24” wide. Numerous tiny blooms appear on tall stalks in spring and continue through fall. ‘Punch’ has pinker flowers than the species and they are showier in a landscape. Holds up and continues blooming even under drought and heat stress. Used for medicinal purposes in its native South Africa.
